The game is great, the English community is great(in TW version at least);
But sheesh leveling in this game is like a mixture of watching a plant grow, doing a last minute homework assignment on a Sunday night with class at 6AM, and being late for work; That about sums it up. Anyone else notice leveling in this game is strenuous?
Please, share your leveling tips & advice with everyone
Also a question; Which do you think would give you more XP/Make you level faster? Spending an hour questing in your level's zone, or constantly grinding mobs in your level's zone?

Coming from MapleStory, leveling is a BREEZE. All you have to do is quest. As long as you have patience for questing, it's fast as hell. Of course, I'm only level 49, so I don't know if it may get harder from here.

Well of course it is. It is a Korean MMO after all! ^_^
Get a guild, help out lowbies, hang out and slapstick each other at arenas, etc. All of that helps make the tediousness wear off.
And.... to answer your question, questing for an hour in your area would be most viable unless you're a Turtle Hermit with lots of LP/EP pots or any Wonder Majin master class. Can't speak for the Namekians. Can't stand 'em. Ugly and sluggy and green-or blue. D:

yep leveling in this game is much easier than what it used to be. you used to have spend your own zeni to buy your repeatable quests to do over and over, sometimes you did the same quest for 2-3 levels! Also if you want tedious leveling, try playing aion when it first came out. That game you didn't even have repeat quests for some levels, you litterally just had to sit and kill mobs for 2-3 levels sometimes. mmo's really aren't about leveling fast to end game content, the creators want you to enjoy the leveling experience. leveling up in an mmo to be honest can be half the fun of the game lol. Being max level lets you relax some more and do what you want, but leveling gives you something to achieve and makes you want to play more in my opinion.
Now in terms of speed of leveling, its all up to you. If you find grinding mobs to be easier, then do that, its just as fast as quest most of the time. if you can AOE mobs down then it probably is faster than quest for some levels. I am at 55 now and the quests actually give good xp vs crappy xp like 53-54. So do what you enjoy the most in a nut shell :)

I saw the thread about repeatable quests...80k EXP per quest that you can repeat for 1k zeni or 1k zeni i don't remember ... ME GUSTA! I'd hit the cap in no time.
Also depends with what class you are playing :/ some classes are just no fun to play with :O & no namekians are cool.

what kyuubiko mean(i guess) its that the game gets very repetitive. I too am experiencing this, im lvl50 and i cant stand spamming tmq4 anymore or grinding. Its to much BORING! Btw ppl dont want fighters on tmq5 or CC. the only thing i have left is grinding or tmq4....the low levels are so good, we have ud1, rp castle, good exp quests, then get adult and a sub weapon!
And all classes are welcome in each quest!
I can say that i enjoyed the game(like addicted) until lvl 45(SSJ too, was cool to have), then after that it gets pretty repetitive and boring.

Well questing is better than grinding and tmq4 spam
From My exp. from lvl 49-54 takes a long time because of the low rewards quest in the red map
but 55-60 is a breeze if u migrate to Dark Namek
i think TMQ4 spam is stupid instead of exploring the maps and getting items from quest rewards you spend time and boring hours spamming it
on another note people need to stop making fighters TOO mcuh of them

I like the way leveling is. It's kinda fun (i really think it's fun). Grinding isn't that bad if you can multi client another char to support the one you wanna level. And it goes pretty fast, less than 3hours for a level.
