I saw here some people talking about transfering ur upgrades from one item to another, like weapon or armor.

If your armour is not binded then you can easily send your armour to other characters via the in-game mail system!
If an item is binded however, you won't be able to do this and will need to upgrade items on the account that the binded items are on!
u didnt understand me...
i dont want to transfer my items to another character, i asked i could transfer the upgarde of an item,
to another item.
example: i got sub-wep +3, and i have another sub-wep without upgrades, it it possible to trnasfer that +3 from the first item to the other, so my other sub-wep would have now +3?
