Does anybody know how to get farm mudosa points somebody said u can but they didnt say how?/.

You can farm medusa by doing ranked matches against other people or in parties. Most people do a party match with their friends until they all run out of tickets. They basically get free wins off of each other for tons of medusa.

You can do up to 80 ranked battles a da (80 tickets).

The play to do this is located in a number of areas around the world of DBO, but the most accepted one is in Karin City near the guild manager. There's two little booths to which you can register for a ranked match!

What is the lvl range for Ranked battles? can i fight a lvl10 on my 25?

You can fight any other player who is any other level. Meaning that if no one has signed up the same time you have, you'll just end up going into a loop in the system until someone else decides to join.

I.E. A level 10 can't verse any other level character!

This is false, if a level 10 and a level 50 sign up they will never be paired as there level is too far apart. The biggest level gap I've ever seen is 3 levels.

Also note you cant duel people who are on other channels and of course other servers. The rules for ranked are the same that apply to Budokai, a lot of items cant be used (The item will say in red letters Tournament disabled), rounds are best 2 out of 3, you receive Medusa (Many claim this is a mistranslation and its actually Mileage) points which can be used in Medusa gambler, Budokai shops, and a small section of shops in west city.

Ahh ok thanks! ok so 3 level gap sounds legit because me (25) and a friend (21) tried to fight against each other and couldnt, so i guess ill have to wait for him to get 22....
