So i installed the east language files and now on the netmarble website it is no longer squares they are actually symbols but in the game only like 1/100 of it turned from squares into symbols. All quests, chats, npc peoples asking for help, it's still all squares. Anyone know what i have to do?

I did restart but no i didn't change my locale to KR. Can you please tell me how to do that?

control panel -> region and language -> administrative -> change local language -> restart ur pc.

I don't have administrative O:. When i open reginal and language options there are three bars at top: Regional Options, Languages, Advanced. I use windows xp not windows 7.
