Hi what are the items with the [?] in them for do i need to save them or bin them?

Firstly you should probably work on getting your computer to display Korean Characters.

Secondly, they are random capsules. Take them to an item vender to get them identified.

Addition: Click on the icon right the "?" in the vendor window and then on your unidentified item to identify
