Just about every pop-up error message you'll get on that page means "find another KSSN".

I can't select or highlight the text in the error message.

Ok, so I have a netmarble account, but everytime I try and make an account for dbo and put in the kssn and name I get this error message.

And why would you be doing that? Netmarble accounts and "DBO" accounts are the same thing.

Well I made the account and naturally went from there and came to this screen and pressed Game Start and this pop-up came up.
