i have been hearing about this game having martial arts tournaments if so how do i enter and when do i enter and what level do i have to be and every other bit of info i need for it .....and possibly a really good build for a new fighter

There are tons of fighter builds, just go to class discussion and go under martial artist. Look for a build that many have agreed on or complimented. I am not a fighter myself, I am a swrodsman. As of Martial Arts tournaments, you can PvP in the arena at a nearby Dojo
