I have all of the dragon balls and I'm level 20. What do I do with them? Should I save them for level 40?

If they are quests dragon balls then no point in saving them till 40...They give u lvl 20 set of armor dragon ball chip (u put in in scouter and dragon ball mobs apppear during dragon ball hunt) and item to sell for 10k zenni
