I get my first 4 dragon ball all from -4 level mob..how bout you guys?

i started my alt lvl 1 first mob i found killed it and it was a db ^^

Long ago i was lvl51 got a db from lvl47 super.

I have got one from -4 moob, too! I think on 39 I have got from 35 or something like that (that was loooong time ago xD)

while i was flying a mob saw me so i killed it then majin soldier spawned(with db on radar)and i found a db just like that

Well, I am now lvl 39 , so I am wondering whether a lvl 34 mob will actually drop DB or not? I am afraid if it wont, I am wasting my time..

they can there just a lower drop rate
