Hey there.. I have the same problem, I think. I posted a screenshot (http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/259/imgqt.jpg/) for you to see.. that's the quest there... but I can't reach it... I flew there, and i couldn't pass the invisible walls, also.
I already talked to the turtle, but it doesn't teleport me to the area nor even the old man on the right who gave me the quest.. do you have any other sugestion?
