So, pretty straight forward. I did the first two parts of the flight quest. I did the one at the TL3 Location and the one at Korin Tower. However, I noticed that I had to do one more quest. I asked around and no one knew where to go. So, yeah.

Anyone know the location for the Last Flight NPC?
