I think superkamehameha is strongest skill
It do a lot damage
On second mss
you mean giantkame as it does way bigger damage than superkame
for me 2nd would ne searing crane 3rd mss 4th final effort (if equiped with energy gear)
In therms of True highest damages, it's Giant Kamehameha from far; 'cause it use the turtles sub weap wich is the wepaon with the highest stats on the game, + the infos of the skill are very high, & it's an AoE, so from far.
Otherwise, in therms of ALL damages, Crane Hermit's Dondopa with power up ability is the strongest, the bleed can raise to like 1400 for 35 seconds

Bold strike bleed can exceed 5k for 14 seconds. =P
