Could someone tell me where the Event Boss is in Northern Mushroom Rocks. I finished the quest but i dont know where it is.

You have to wait for the BOSS timer to hit 100%. When that happens, little dragon icons will start flashing on the map to which you go to one of them and with a bunch of other people try and kill this massive dragon BOSS. After that, an NPC appears and you can hand in the quest.

i did go there but it was not a dragon but a flying ship sort off. the thing is it was no one there exept me.
i have done the quest. what do i do wrong?

the flying ship is the boss for under lvl 51 , dragon is over 51 , kill it and the NPC will spawn , try going to the most populated channel , to where you know the boss will spawn a few minutes before it spawns

for the dragon a lot of players gather at the place where the red and yellow maps meet (on the red , close to the home teleport from the yellow :) ) , for the flying ship I don't know , just fly around before the 100% and stay where you see a lot of players

Are you sure?? all the people that i know in the game say that killing Bus raises the %

yes you are right , and somehow everyone on the entire server , on all channels , manage to kill the exact same number of buu's at the same time , even if you didn't kill anything from the last boss event :P

you have to kill 30 buu's to complete the quest you get from the boss icon , but that doesn't affect the % timer in any way

Doesn't matters the first thing, because is very easy to make that the all buus go to the same % box, but if you tell me that is a 0,1% per 10 minutes, im going to take the time xD
