how can i playy a match in the arena?

how? o.o i went to kokkara and behind the guild manager there 2 stranges machines and i ''talked'' to one of them, then i clicked on the button and it said '' To CC in the battle arena you have to apply or something like that... if there isnt the arena tell me where it is o.o
p.s im lvl 17 i dont know if thats important.

that's not the arena, that's the ranked pvp matches , to play that you need another chalenger that is withing 3 level range from you
