Why in this build there isn't points on the skill Genocide Blast and Planet Burst?aren't that the skills use when the majin is a pure majin?so whitout that skill is useless have kid buu??
In this build is maxed the skill cluster bomb and not double dynamite horn..why?what of this skill is better??
and about the skill Enchanting breeze that give 5 attribute at lv1,why is not lv3??i think that is a very good skill if maxed? like miraculus fitness that give attributes...

Breeze will get overwritten by fitness cause both are prop buffs that's why it's lvl 1
