I got past the 2nd picture given, then I couldn't get to the third. Is it important?

After you do the first and second pictures, go up and click in "OPEN" (yellow circle); click in the image of "Dragon Ball" (the one with the "lock" image) then you'll see the third picture, follow the pictures... and you're done!!!
