kaioken lvl 1 = u need to be lvl 35
kaioken lvl 2 = u need to be lvl 45
kaioken lvl 3 = u need to be lvl 55

to get KoK you must use sp points on it on your skill tree at the levels that ronhell said

There os No Quest for the KaioKen, You just reach Lvl 35, go to your Abilities and unlock KaioKen, easy.
