Question: how do you exactly give in an application? is there any guide explaining how to?

I wasn't in the first beta, so I don't know exactly how the process goes. Nero, who has, posted this :

during app time you click the gamestart button. Then you have 3 fields to fill.
1) phone number
2) answer a trivia question
3) enter comp specs.
Submit at the bottum, and wait.
