Like 99% of all games MMO are all in stages of "beta" Few games past the era of PS1, N64, and previous where all ALPHA/Final release. Being there was no updates, and or mods to be added. What the game was is and was just that. Now with most of all games being internet based, or otherwise connected, you will rarely find a game that is final. Unless it is a dead game or really boring.

Yeh, I guess they are always in dev. But if the game is beta they should release more updates.

There is a lot of bugs on the server, that chinese workers on dbo fix in the maitenance, little bugs, huge bugs, lag, etc...
The code of DBO is bigger than your brain, so they have to clean all the dirty code, made a maitenance of the database, clean sh1ts, etc...
Also, they currently are changing the items from the Wagu Machine, they have to replace old code for the new code... and also ! , they are gonna added new features on WP , read the wasabii news :)
And ALSO!!!!, i don't think enginers, workers, nerds from DBO Enterprise, read this forum... they are too busy creating TMQ8 and UD7, so don't bother to curse they, cose i'm sure they are working... (i hope).

I think i know where one of the new tmqs are. Its in the big steel walls in the middle of west city. I know this because i was dashing their one day and was shot up the wall and landed inside. I was like  when i saw a tmq but it didnt have a NCP or a quest. |

For Models, Maps ect. its not needed to take down the Server.
They can test sucht things in a Virtual World Tool.
If server is taking down, this means there are actualy changes on the Server, or the Game Files.
And testing this things need time.

wasabii not have test server. that why alot of bugs in your version. in korea, we do maintenance the sever, only 1 time per month. |

im a programmer and DBO game is like Gameboy Game , anyone can look up for example to Pokemon GBA game remodlin editin,,its easy to do, its same thing as DBO everything is setup, they dont change big things when it comes to new items,new Codes they change the old #ID with new #ID or just a new #ID with a memory...and and ..like this cuz the game codes are already ready in game
a huge game like this is orginized , but like any game it has exploit (Break codes for GBA games for example)
