I bought a few items in the auction house (pets) and the money was deducted from my wallet but I never received the item. After I purchased the item it said I had mail that was sent to me, but when I checked my mailbox my inbox was empty. I am playing on server one if that means anything. If you need anymore information let me know.
-Refresh the mail box
Click this button to refresh your mailbox:
If that does not work try:
-Buy a cheap item from the AH and then refresh your mail box
-List up an item on the AH and then take it off and refresh your mail box
-Log out and refresh your mail box.
If all of these methods do not work then do unfortunatley the items are lost.
I tried all suggestions above with no luck I have 5 unread emails but can't view them. This is my inbox...I guess there's a glitch with the game or my account and I can't use the auction house.

Click the system tab....your mail should be in there...
