what is the approximate CD% could get now?
there is no longer -cd100%, right?

u can get 23+23+29+30+16+14 = 135 CD (without %)
* earring lv60 legend (modifed) = 23
* MA cd buff max = 29
* plasma buff = 30
* cd ring lv65 (monsters drop) = 8
* 1 set cc armor floor 50 (red) = 14

let's say Skill A needs 1min to cooldown, with 135cd now, how long it take to cooldown?
