i got all 7 dragonballs and there is another dragonball i got after i got the set what does that mean?

if the first 7 you got were from quests then those are tier 1 and you can only make 1 wish. the other might be a tier 2 which is a new set of dragonballs where you can make a wish from a set list

i allready got tear two set and now i got 2 extras
