This means that raising that 57s 25% Speed buff to a whopping 1:18 mins, extremely useful for character that utilize Attack speed.

u mean from 1 minute too like 1 minute and 20 seconds :P.

Same for the curse debuff, that makes u lose 400 LP per skill. from 1 minute too 1minute 20
