Later perhaps, if your lucky.

I can tell as much as the best base-damage axe so far are 311 (the one i posted pic of) and gloves are 260 with base 1160 speed.

Scramble subweapon on LVL70 is Legendary?
So, the bests subweapons is Scramble (Max Base attack + Max Bonus) > Mudosa (Max Base attack + Less Bonus) = From Mobs (Less Base attack + Max Bonus)
