You can buy them with normal milage points.
You can gain mileage points by playing ranked battles, or join tournaments.

I realize this isnt new for HK/KR players, but i didnt see anyone else make a post about it.

ill just do ranked battle for those 709 lps chips instead waste 10kk-15kk for 890lps
