By base atack these weapons are better when a UD1 ones. And if you box em,you can get really nice stats,i think better ones when ud1. Items can get by a mission in a RP1. What do you think?

most people know that its just ud1 gloves are lvl 21 and from token shop they are less tokens the upgrade stones

I honestly don't remember ever encountering these...
Do they bind on char immediately or only upon putting them on for 1st time?

those gloves are given by a lvl 29 quest and they are binded since you got them on your inventory

They are clearly not bound if you look in the screenshot, though they do bind.
