In West city, next to PVP machines, there are some NPC that sells some strange armors (about lvl 34 i remember). I think that armor is one of them.

This is not a dogi .. it's a ARMOR i asked that guy (personaly.. and this armor is probably 50lvl or something like that (just guesing) ...

Hmm, i've seen videos and pics, this looks like ordinary drop armour, if you want Vegeta looking armour, my guess is to do CC, its level 50 and the entrance you have to find in West City Map, and the only Vegeta dogi (im aware of) is Vegito, its not even Vegeta its Vegeta and Goku xDDD
