The 1st digit of the last 7 is gender(1 for male, 2 for female), and the following digits are the seed. Please don't type random numbers, you wont get in that why. You require a 100% real kssn, and the one you entered was not real.
Try another KSSN. Just read the URL, it says "ExistAccount".

Might be if the person is protecting their identity with Siren as that screen doesn't show any part of their KSSN or name. Not really sure though.
