Wait hold on,TW Barely lags for me,ANd I HAVE A VERY OLD GRAPHIC DRIVER (Ati Radeon Xpress 200)
Maybe try Gamebooster.

Oh and Less then 1GB of Ram :P (But i dont use gamebooster...)
