In the 4th option where you put your SSN (Social Security Number) you don't need to, you can put anything, i put USA because i am from USA, then i selected 3rd option. Then when you go to change password, select 3rd option and put whatever you put in that 4th box. Example: *In the setupid* 3rd option: USA, when yuo go to change PW, 3rd option: USA, then click submit ^^
