There is really no way to make your character look like Vegeta, hell there isn't even a Vegeta dogi.
They really need to come out with a cell saga vegeta dogi. The game has been out well over a year now and i always see the vegeta dogi on that cc dungeon loading screen. Its about time they give it to us.

u can get that kind of armors from ud1 normal drop. it looks the same, its human gear lvl 22 if i remember well
