I'm playing Martial artist and I can't seem to find 3rd dragon ball(have all except that damn 3rd) :( If anyone knows where I start quest then I would be very greatfull
Have you completed all of your quests? If not, I would suggest you finish quests that you have, you might not have received the quest for the 3rd ball because you didn't finish a previous quest in the quest line
indeed and if you use the quest chip, and open your scouter (u) then select option 2
it will show the map with blinking dots, blinking dots = quest givers that give quests
