1. just chose one of those sites and download the file(s) which under it
if there are only 1 link it means there's only one file , otherise you need to download all parts
2. the sites which have same number of parts that means the files of them are totally the same
example: site a and site b also got 7 parts , then you may download 123 parts at site a and 4567 from b
