Either give the OP advice on making an account or don't post.

Just remember the rules.

If you're having trouble validating your account, try a pen pal website and talk to some koreans. Don't spam them demanding they help you but go and make friends. That's what I did.

I understand that, but that guide is basicaly telling you to go to that site and to do all the necessary steps in order to get the account, the screen shots are there to help you know what to do when your making your account.

ok so i used internet explorer for making a account and what you know it did not work at all i followed the steps but could not make a name nor kssn

You cant make a kssn, it has to be real.

Basically you need to know a Korean, and one that wouldn't mind letting you use their name and social security.
