Probably You bought old version Pet. It's broken now. Buy one from Pet Machine.

they say that they give you two m coins to evolve your pet for free, but i did'nt got them

that was in KR version it was different for TW i can assure you that i got 1 pet and 1 green exp in my cash shop/storage/tools
