What is this net grid downloader?

I have admin access it's my PC. If I quick press game launch, the game launches but it's super Laggy. I have a HK account and when I log onto that it runs decently smooth.

I assume this might be the cause of my slow KR version, plus I have the region set on Korean

Hmm i never got that error try reinstall it maybe or maybe ur anti virus deleted the exe file
Look in ur dbo file if u still have file dbo.exe

Hmm I Re-installed, they gave me a new shortcut in Korean, made me restart and I am using IE and still same thing.. I don't know what this net grid downloader is
