I think that's also censored in Korean MapleStory. If I remember right, it has to do with a sexual reference or something. It had something to do with the sound of the numbers can mean something sexual, like what we say with 69 and other crap.

18 has the same pronounciation of the Korean word which means 'FU CK' but I'm surprised how this is the only Korean game that has censored 18. (out of about 50,000 Korean Games I've played.)
