I do have win 7 64bit and works really fine in my laptop too but too much lag

same but i play TW also it's natural for it to "lag" it uses up more processing power and slows down your frames per second not connection speed

people tend to mistake FPS for lag 200-300 ping is not bad

my laptop cant install windows XP zzz , and im lazy anyway to format , i tried delete gameguard and all of that , still nothin cant start it as sandboxie

I was gonna say install an earlier sboxie too, though I didn't know if that is one of the things I can't say on dbocom. Earlier sboxie works for me.
