i honestly doubt this will ruin the pvp system , it's just leveling the playing field for us MA players as MA's rely on crit and most namek players stack anti crit , granted it makes for an amusing fight

Looks like and I hope they delete inspect chip and I hope they soon delete all lvl70 weapon\armor tickets in game or make them void where they wont work would fix a lot of issues, its a slap in the face of the veterans of the game who went though hell\cashing\upgrading for nothing.

not rly , tickets make people able to keep up with massive cashers.
and massive cashers can still get +13/14/15 weapons.
