I have noticed ALOT of similar cases to this, is it safe to assume that they mean the same thing. If you use translator they are pretty much word for word exactly the same. Only difference is the first letter will be different, i noticed this countless time while translating item effects. here are some examples:
1.恐怖持續時間減少
2.的恐怖持續時間減少
both mean resistance to fear, only few letters are changed.
1.麻痺持續時間減少
2.的麻痺持續時間減少
both mean resistance to paralysis
The "의" in Korean signifies possession, kinda like an apostrophe does in English. Without knowing the context though, it's hard to tell what it's referring to.
so it is usually fine to write the same thing twice for now? in most cases atleast. A lot of translations just did the top one, and didnt write the same thing again.
there are 2 kinds of resits in dbo:
one that reduces the debuff time
one that reduces the chance of receaving such debuff.
Also I'd like to add that recently they've changed a lot of how status are writen in game and they might not have delete it the old form of writing some things.
So you might encounter different text that could mean the same thing.
