Can someone help me in fighter build in PVP and PVE at lvl 70?
give me three build, in PVP, in PVE , and both of it[50%pve,50%pvp].

Player Vs Enemy: Don't use Spirited Roar. And really you don't need Quick Attack so you can take that out and put it towards Wolf Fang Fist or Swiftness.

Player Vs Player: Now here you need Quick Attack, and I took KaioKen out because you don't need it and put it into Storm, I took 2 points from Storm Strike and put it in Thunder, took 1 point from Might and put it in Swiftness.

Player Vs Enemy/Player: Here I took one point from Concentration and put it into Final Flash, took away Storm and took 4 points from Thunder and put them into Final Flash and Big Bang attack, just incase you feel like rounding a few enemies up and blasting them ^^

why in PvE might is better then spirited roar?

Because Might doesn't lower your E.Def like Spirited Roar does. Mobs also don't have anti-crit so you'll be able to crit easily.
