If u had read the forums u would know that % cooldown is gone already long time

Well put it this way , the old cd system i had 15% earing 14% earing and double 7% rings with the 29% buff humans have my ssj was 16-18 minutes , with this new system its now 15 cd and 14 cd i have double 8 cd rings and still 29 cd buff ssj is roughly 28 minutes so its not been nurfed all that much but just enough to stop htb spam

i asked this cuz i heard % still in KR guess im wrong

I think all versions now use CD points, not %
You need +-143 CD points to get instant skill.

Cool down doesnt even effect HTB they took out % to stop ssj, kid buu and GNamek Spam in Budokai

In TW, i am not sure at all, but as i calculated is:

1 CD point = 0.7% CD

For example, a earring 20 CD gives:

20 * 0.7 = 14% CD

So if you want 100% CD you need 100 / 0.7 = 143 CD.

Cooldown do affect htb

actually yes it did , i had 0 sec cd on htb with plasma buff , but anyway ^_^ this thread has been answered

In TW cd affects HTB and Ssj.

I can get HTB 2 down to 15 min and Ssj to 18

If it was % I would be able to spam everything.

If it was % swordsman can spam HTB in budokai and never lose
