Right, so i might be playing the game for a month or two and this month i saw something about a log in event ...i got the rewards today ..but i was wondering if those events are random or they take place every month from 1 to 18 ? Or there is a timetable for them ?

If you referring to the TW version, then yes, there are scheduled login events, usually happening over a 2-3 week period. You can find all the information (dates, times to login) on Wasabii's official website for DBO @ http://dbo.wasabii.com.tw/index.aspx

What you need to do is login everyday between now (yesterday in TW) and the final day to receive the outlined gifts.
