No. The suggestion board on this forum is merely a way to keep all suggestions that have been repeated over 9000 times(like this thread) in one place. Wasabii won't read anything here and even if they did, the developers really don't care.
Super Saiyans in the manga/anime are the main OP characters. Since average anime fans aren't much more intelligent then Goku himself, they're obsessed with being a Saiyan like him.
