First. Level 70-100 won't happen for a while. They went up by 10 everytime so it would be 70-80. New Dogi's are being added ever Monday for HK, Tuesday for TW (I Think it's Tuesday =/). I don't think they will add a place to buy upgrade stones. If they did it would be up to u50 like the Token Shop. Night in DBO already exists, just wait for someone to make a wish xD. Spirit Bomb is basically HTB. Instan Trans Kamehameha, even if they added that, I'm sure it wouldn't do nearly as much damage as Giant Kamehameha, maybe it'll do as much as Kamehameha or Concentraded Kamehameha. We already have Multiple Sword Slashes ... again, Finish Buster is basically HTB. We have Super Dodon Ray (Ultimate Dodon Ray) just need to max Dodon Ray ... I don't even feel like adding the rest, but Angry Kamehameha sounds like ... bleh ... just doesn't even sound good.
