Be patient, people are pitching in to help translate DBO, the new patch will come out sooner or later but just be patient for this. OR if u want to translate urself then PM Citrinate and ask him. If you don't know to translate then be patient, it takes time to translate this whole game. So yeah just be patient.
IMO the Patch we have now translates everything I need, except for quest text or mob names
