I have completed the naming of NPCs in Bee Village and Water Bridge, the Majin starting area.

Here's the list. With the admin's blessing, I'll actually update the patch with the names.

What's the deal with the NPC 'Tarrisse'? She has a name but no title (it should be Pet Food Vendor or something like that) and her title appears in Taiwanese, instead of an ID number... She's the only NPC I have yet to translate as far as visible names and titles.

Is it the policy to name random NPCs "Citizen" instead of translating their names?

Admin's blessing has been received. Will update the patch from here on out with translated names. Updating this list shortly with Splish Splash Sewer, Giant Cactus, and the surrounding areas.

I still need to know if its common policy to rename random NPCs as "Citizen".
