hi uhm where can i get costumes and high level armors?.. are they loot at mobs?

Do time machine quests, each one gives there own version of saiyan armor and the higher the difficulty the better the armor. And UDs can give alright stuff too. Also crafting armor's pretty decent

You can get costumes from the Wagu Wagu machines, but if you're looking to buy them with ingame currency, you might want to check the Auction House.
