People just don't know how to use forum..
Arceus go to Event Manager and exchange ticket(s) for a gift box (Blue box in the second tab). YOu have to select and option "Exchange Reward" in event manager btw.

I know where it's need to be but nothing there. I have 8-10 char and none get the ticket
