The little is more stronger then the adult one :P So dont worry about the cowboy when he dies in 1 vs 1 with thee little one :P

actually that witch with +15 equips i never saw him pass the first round in budokai for some reason lol

Even so he dont do budokai much i saw him did like 3 times then did stop its was befor he got +15
I think he will just wait a bit longer so he can get +15 on his jacket then he is full +15 and not only 14 and full 15 lol
